Delivery will be done via USPS or if applicable DHL, USPS (for APO addresses) 
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days from date of purchase (unless otherwise specified) and will arrive based on USPS and/or DHL delivery schedules.

Refund Return Policy
Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service number or support@biglasers.com for a return authorization within 30 days of receipt of unused items only. Please note that your return authorization number will expire 30 days after being issued and there is a 15-20% restock fee for any return. The customer is responsible for shipping. Also, we do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost return packages and nonreturnable items returned back to us will not be shipped back to the returning sender nor credited to their account. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping carrier with trackable shipping methods as we cannot be responsible for any damaged or lost laser returns.
