    Delivery will be done via USPS or if applicable DHL, USPS (for APO addresses) 
    All orders will be shipped within 3 business days from date of purchase (unless otherwise specified) and will arrive based on USPS and/or DHL delivery schedules. 
    Currently there are no known export or legal restrictions with our products.

    Refund Return Policy

    Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service number or support@biglasers.com for a return authorization within 7 days of receipt as we can not re-sell used items. Please note that your return authorization number will expire 7 days after being issued and there is a 25% restock fee for any return. The customer is responsible for shipping. Also, we do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost return packages and nonreturnable items returned back to us will not be shipped back to the returning sender nor credited to their account. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping carrier with trackable shipping methods as we cannot be responsible for any damaged or lost laser returns.

    To place your order online, simply click the add to cart or buy now button and you'll be directed to your shopping cart, then click "Checkout" to enter your shipping and billing details.

    How can I do a phone order?

    Is rush delivery available?

    Rush delivery may be possible on certain items. Please contact us.

    Return Policy

    What is your return policy?

    There are no free samples or trials with any BigLasers.com items. If an item is damaged please contact us immediately for instructions to get a replacement unit.

    Can I receive a refund?

    All refunds issued are received within 3-5 business days.

    Can I return damaged or used goods?

    Used goods are non returnable, damaged goods can be replaced. Please contact Big Lasers to get instructions.

    Do you have restocking fees?

    There is a 25% restocking fee.

    What if items are damaged?

    All packages are inspected before shipping. If anything is damaged please contact Big Lasers for specific instructions.

    How long until my lasers ship?

    Shipping and availability is placed on each individual laser page listing time frames and available stock. Typical delivery for items is 2 - 3 weeks from date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Shipping during holidays can be delayed due to volume, please place orders ahead of time to ensure a timely delivery.

    Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?

    Yes, we ship to P.O Boxes.

    Do you ship to APO/FPO?

    Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses..

    Can you ship to Canada?

    Yes, we ship to Canada.

    Do you send packages internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide.

    Shipping is flat rate with additional costs for every added item.

    Air shipping is used for all packages.

    Most items are shipped together accordingly. Occassionally items may come seperately and you will be informed of this when and if it is necessary.

    Holiday Shipping Times?

    Shipments may be delayed during holidays due to overwhelming volume so please place orders ahead of time to ensure holiday delivery. Shipments during the Spring Festival are delayed 7-10 days.
