Refund Return Policy
Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service number or firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization within 7 days of receipt as we can not re-sell used items. Please note that your return authorization number will expire 7 days after being issued and there is a 25% restock fee for any return. The customer is responsible for shipping. Also, we do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost return packages and nonreturnable items returned back to us will not be shipped back to the returning sender nor credited to their account. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping carrier with trackable shipping methods as we cannot be responsible for any damaged or lost laser returns.
